Design a control system to manipulate a 5 DOF Robot.

Description:
The more advanced robotics researchers require articulated robots that are generally used in industry. Quanser's partnership with CRS, a leading manufacturer of industrial robots, enables our customers to benefit from a fully open architecture industrially proven 5 DOF robot. The Quanser solution allows you to bypass the existing industrial controller and apply control signals directly to the motors. A single flick of a switch lets you decide which controller you want to use. This capability enables you to use the full features of the CRS industrial controller for task planning experiments or switch to the open architecture solution to examine complex dynamic and kinematic control issues. The system is supplied as a fully operational industrial robot and the Quanser extension consisting of interfaces to the robot via a PC and control software.
