DaqLog phones home!

Everyone knows Adept Scientific as data acquisition specialists, but although
we offer a wide range of equipment, it's a long time since we've
found a standalone data logger good enough to include in our range.
That's about to change, with the launch of the new DaqLog 4000/GPS. The great
thing about this piece of kit is that it uses the standard GSM network
(just like your mobile phone) to download data. The DaqLog uses GPS technology
to obtain its location, logging its geographical position and measured data
for download anywhere in the world!
You can also set up the DaqLog 4000/GPS to
send an SMS text alert to up to 4 mobile numbers in the event of a power
or battery failure - critical
if, for example, you're monitoring the temperature in a cold store
or similar. You can also get SMS alerts when the DaqLog's remaining
memory is getting low, or when other alarm conditions are exceeded.
As a cost-effective solution for the remote monitoring of temperature,
pressure, level, flow, vibration and many other process signals, the DaqLog
4000/GPS is hard to beat. |
