| The new Datashuttle 3000 collects data from multiple input
types in micro-seconds over USB 2.0 . |
The latest in the Datashuttle series of plug-in data acquisition modules
has just been announced, and we think it's outstanding. The Datashuttle
3000, via USB 2.0, is capable of 1 MHz, 16-bit analogue input sampling
- at less than half the price of other high speed multi-function data acquisition
devices!
The unit provides 8 differential or 16 single-ended analogue inputs,
with 7 programmable input ranges from ±100 mV to ±10V. It
supports direct thermocouple connection, and counter, frequency and quadrature
encoder inputs are also provided. Options include expansion up to 32
differential inputs, and hardware-timed analogue outputs.
Innovative, low-latency
control outputs are controlled directly from the Datashuttle rather
than the PC, so the device can respond to inputs in micro-seconds.
Over-sampling mode, including line-cycle rejection is available for
more accurate, stable thermocouple and low-level voltage measurements,
even in the presence of AC power line noise.
DaqView 8, a fully-featured
data logging and viewing application, is included, as well as drivers
for VisualBasic and VB.NET, Visual C++, Visual C#, LabVIEW, MATLAB
and DASYLab. |
